The Math Maestro competition was organized by Good Neighbors Bangladesh at Chakenda Khan Para Government Primary School in Jatrapur Union of Kurigram Sadar Upazila. Among 10 government primary schools 100 students participated and the program was held in Sadar Upazila on Tuesday.

Exams are held in the Math Maestro Competition. After that prize distribution among the 10 winning students and a discussion session and awarding crest to each participant school in the discussion meeting and prize distribution ceremony.

Kurigram Sadar Upazila Education Officer NM Shariful Islam Khandkar was present as the chief guest under the chairmanship of Good Neighbors Manager Joseph Tutul Biswas, CDC President of Kurigram CDP and Chairman No. 9 Jatrapur Union Parishad Abdul Gafur, Assistant Education Officer Abu was present as a special guest. Noman Md Naushad. Md. Kalam Uddin Assistant Manager Program Good Neighbors was in charge of conducting the program. Principal teachers and assistant teachers of 10 primary schools of Sadar Upazila and 100 students were also present along with Chakenda Khan Para Government Primary School head teacher Mosa Saleha Khatun. The present speakers said that through the math maestro competition students will develop their intellect and mind, besides healthy sports will encourage students to study.
