Poet M A Rouf,a valiant freedom fighter, passed away on Wednesday. He was 85.
Poet M A Rouf will be laid to rest with full state honours. The namaz-e-janaza will take place at 70:30 pm on Wednesday at the Icchagonj School Play ground at Karimgonj of Kishoregonj district.
He will be accorded a guard of honour as a mark of tribute to his dedicated service and sacrifices for an independent state.
He left behind a grieving family – his four sons, two daughters – and a multitude of well-wishers to mourn his loss.
