On the first day of the 7th phase of blockade announced by the BNP to demand the resignation of the government, the leaders and activists of the BNP and its affiliated organizations took out a procession in the capital under the leadership of the senior joint secretary general of the BNP Ruhul Kabir Rizvi. Ruhul Kabir Rizvi led the procession at Kamal Ataturk Road in Banani of the capital today at 7 am. The procession ends at Kakali from Banani ground. At that time, they took a position on the road and blocked the road and protested. Dhaka district BNP organized the rally.

At that time, Rizvi said, the government is looking for a partner after going bankrupt. But without getting any response, the party is trying to arrest some leaders with the help of detectives. A few went to get the share of halwa-roti but the field level leaders and workers refused it.

Criticizing a report published in the media of the neighboring country, he said that the Indian government, the politicians of their country should understand why the people of Bangladesh are turning against them. They have taken a stand against the people of Bangladesh by supporting an authoritarian government. They should support what the people of Bangladesh want.

He said, Bangladesh-India border is now the bloodiest border in the world.
