Cox's sea bach, the longest and the most influencial sector to earn national revenue. Now it is facing dangerous crisis. Climate change and man made disaster wont stay it sand bank which is broken continuously. Govt earn the largest part of revenue from the tourism but there is no concern. Last few years marine erosion takes serious form where there were spread sand bank, noise of tourists,row of tamarisk tree but this scenary has changed. Insted of this, the latgest wave down here and broke the sand bank. To protect sea beach sand bank there used Geo bag but it failed to protect sea beach from erosion. Hence,the natural beauty of sea beach is in theat. Besides, tourism business is also in risk. specialists think that no temporary protection, it should be taken sustainable and natural based prompt action to protect sea beach.

Not long ago there were 400, 500 feet sand bank in the sea beach but now it is dream. To protect erosion there used geo bag but it cant stop aggression of sea.

A wave down to the sand bank and it canged real natural scenario of beach. Roars of sea affect and take the sea sand away. However, natural sand bank is the main protection against raising wave. To protect sea sand there used geo bag but it doesn’t sustain for long against wave.

Somewhere It spoiled, somewhere it moved away,somewhere sand lost under bag. As a result there is no effect using it. The question arise here, is there any result using geo bag? Does it protect sea from erosion?

Local people concerned about this and told, Geo bag is not effective and it spoils natural beauty. It is nothing but spend money unnecessary. As arising wave attacks on and it move away.

Specialists thik that the affect of climate change, unplanned tourism damage sand bank. Geo bag is not a permanent solution rather we should care it than prevent

Zakaria occean scientist of oceanography Cox's Bazar said, A sustainable plan is on the way. We tried to ensure the current of sea and where and why it deposit sand and break. Soon we can identity and expose a proper solution by December. Without using geo bag and sea wall how to protect sea sustinable way we will know it. Identifying fact we hope a result will find soon.

Now the sea insect who lead their lives dependi6on sea business claimed a sustainable solution. They concerned if sand bank and sea limited this way, the beauty of sea and economy will treat.
