Two microbus passengers were killed and at least four injured after being hit by a truck in Cumilla's Daudkandi upazila on Sunday.
The accident took place around 7:45am at Shahidnagar area on the Dhaka-Chattogram highway.
"A truck hit a microbus on the Dhaka-bound road of the south side of MA Jolil High School. One died on the spot and another succumbed to his injuries after being taken to Upazila Health Complex," said Daudkandi Highway Police Station OC Jahangir Alam.
The deceased could not be identified immediately.
