Honorable Superintendent of Police of Naogaon District Mr. Muhammad Rashidul Haque has been awarded the highest state award of Bangladesh Police Force "President's Police Medal (PPM)" in recognition of his outstanding role in crime suppression activities, ensuring police service delivery and law and order control through his efficiency, honesty, sincerity and devotion. Today 27/02/2024 AD. The Hon'ble Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina awarded this medal to the Honorable Superintendent of Police of Naogaon District at Rajarbagh Police Lines Parade Ground. At that time Hon'ble Home Minister Mr. Asaduzzaman Khan and Hon'ble IGP Mr. Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun, BPM (BAR), PPM were present. On receiving this award, he thanked the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Hon'ble Home Minister, Hon'ble IGP, Hon'ble Range DIG, Rajshahi and other senior police officers. The Honorable Superintendent of Police mentioned that receiving this medal is the achievement of all the members of Naogaon District Police. This very talented, efficient and intelligent officer has been working relentlessly for the purpose of modernizing the district police in various fields and suppressing crime, and at the same time, the trust and love of the people is increasing every moment after taking charge as a superintendent of police in Naogaon district. So far in the district robbery of rice truck, robbery of auto rice mill, robbery of house, robbery of motorcycle of bank official, robbery of truck full of rice, robbery of microbus, robbery of 14 lakh cash, robbery of 15/16 shops in Badalgachi, Naogaon, murder of auto charger driver, murder of madrasa student, kidnapping in identity of DB police. In clueless and sensational cases, the accused are identified, arrested and the loot recovered at the earliest. A large quantity of drugs has been recovered and those involved in drugs have been arrested. The District Cyber Crime Prevention Team is active in combating crime. Police are vigilant in preventing militant/terrorist activities. This super hardworking, visionary and humane police superintendent is taking legal measures by accepting the complaints of service aspirants with great patience and attention. The quality of service for women, children, elderly and disabled in all police stations of the district is of the highest standard. "Community and Beat Policing" system, a police service, is now at people's doorstep. All the members of the district police performed their duties with utmost sincerity, dedication and professionalism under his leadership and direction in the last 12th National Assembly Election. The trust and reliability of the people has increased manifold in all police activities. The recruitment process for the post of Trainee Recruit Constable has been held in Naogaon district through maximum transparency and accountability, which is appreciated by all. And Ispat is working with a tough attitude to suppress the criminals. He has a deep relationship with the common people of different class-profession, religion-caste and all levels. By maintaining mutual cordial relations with colleagues, other departments/institutions, bridges have been built with the district police at a high level.
