The negligence of Rashedul Kabir, director of Kurigram's Nageswari Central Clinic and Diagnostic Center and Patna's DMF Akhirul Islam, and Nageshwari Upazila Health-Complex Medical Officer Dr. Mosa Mahmuda Khatun Mukta's wrong treatment of the mother and newborn have been alleged. Victims complain to the administration but are deprived of justice.

Victims and eyewitnesses said that Mahfuja Begum, the pregnant wife of Belal Hossain of Gangarhat (Dharmapur) Sarkartari village of Kashipur Hounion, was brought to Nageshwari Central Clinic and Diagnostic Center for cesarean delivery at approximately 10:00 am last. After arriving at the clinic, the authorities conducted various tests to scare the patient's parents into having a quick cesarean. Finally, the patient's family was forced to perform a caesarean section. Then, on the advice of Nageshwari Central Clinic and Diagnostic Center Director Rashedul Kabir and Partner DMF Akhirul Islam, the daughter of homeo doctor Abdul Quader Ali of Madhurhailla village of Nageshwari municipality, a permanent resident and Nageshwari Upazila Health-Complex Medical Officer Dr. Mosha Mahmuda Khatun Mukta visited the clinic during office hours. Ceasar arrived around 10 am. He operated without the necessary equipment for caesarean operation and due to negligence on the part of the clinic and wrong decision of the doctor, the death of the expectant mother and newborn occurred in the operation theatre. The clinic secretly kept the news of the death from the patient's family and transferred the dead mother and newborn baby to Kurigram Sadar Hospital in an ambulance. On the way to Kurigram, the patient's family came to know about the death of the mother and newborn baby and stood in front of the clinic seeking justice. When there is anger among the people, they try to compromise the patient's family by hand and foot with a large sum of money. Then, with the help of the clinic party and brokers, Jor Purvak completed the burial of the dead mother and the newborn on the same night.

Rashedul Kabir, director of Nageshwari Central Clinic and Diagnostic Center, said that the patient's family has been spoken to. The patient's family completed the burial of the deceased mother and newborn in the night.
