Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) issued a circular in this regard on Sunday (March 10) along with the new schedule for RamadanThe notification said that metro rail will follow a new schedule from the first day of Ramadan. It will run normally in the morning during the month of fasting. Trains will be available every 8 minutes from 2pm.And from the 16th of Ramadan, the metro rail operation will be extended by one hour and will run till 9pm.Besides, the iftar schedule during Ramadan will be displayed on the digital board of the train. Water can be consumed on train and station plazas during iftar. Authorities have requested not to eat anything outside of this.
