“Great Victory Day-2023”is celebrated with due dignity in all the offices of BREB and 80 Palli Bidyut Samiti under its purview. At the beginning of the day, the national flag was hoisted in all the offices of BAPBIBO and 80 Palli Bidyut Samiti under its jurisdiction.

 At 09.30 in the morning BREB Chairman Mr. Md Salim Uddin led by Member (Administration) Mr. Md Hasan Maruf and Member (Distribution and Management) Mr. Debashish Chakraborty along with senior officials of BAPBIBO laid wreaths at the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Vidyut Bhawan. He paid tribute by offering. At 10:00 AM BAPBIBO Member (Finance) Mr. Dipankar Biswas led by Member (Planning and Development) Mr. Md. Abdur Rauf Miah along with BAPBIBO officers/employees paid tribute by placing wreaths at the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the headquarters building.

In BREB and 80 Palli Bidyut Samiti, discussions were held to create public opinion on anti-terror, militancy and narcotics activities and for the forgiveness of the departed souls of the martyred freedom fighters/good health of the war-victim freedom fighters and for the peace, prosperity and progress of the nation, After Zohr prayer and temples, churches, Prayers are arranged in pagodas and other shrines.
