On the occasion of the Great Victory Day in Gopalganj, a discussion meeting and an exchange meeting was held at the initiative of the District Information Office.

This discussion meeting and exchange meeting was held today in the Technical Training Center (TTC) auditorium at Ghonapara, Gopalganj.

TTC Principal AKM Shahidul Islam Chowdhury, District Safe Food Officer Munni Khatun spoke on the occasion under the chairmanship of Gopalganj District Information Officer Md. Moinul Islam.

District Information Officer of Gopalganj Md. Moinul Islam said, Great independence is Bengali's national life best achievement. Under the leadership of the father of the nation, the Bengalis of the country unitedly jumped into the liberation war and defeated the Pakistani invaders. Great freedom was achieved by their extraordinary sacrifice.

The father of the nation gave independence to Bengalis but he could not fulfill the dream of improving the standard of living of Bengalis. Therefore, all Bengalis should work unitedly to fulfill the dream of the father of the nation.

AKM Shahidul Islam Chowdhury said, the great liberation war and independence is the glorious history of Bengali. We should all remember this history. And through this study of Bengali history, people can become more aware of the economic emancipation of the country.

Addressing the TTC students who were present, he said that if you go abroad and send your remittances to the country in a legal way, then you can contribute to the development of the country. This will reveal your true patriotism.
