The Neonatal Hospital Authority of Bengal held a rally welcoming the English New Year with the theme that no newborn and mother will suffer for better treatment. Nurses, officers and employees working in various departments participated in the rally under the overall supervision of the director of Siddhirganj Signboard Hospital, Dr. Md. Mujibur Rahman, as a wish for all newborns and mothers. The rally started from Hospital Chattar and circled the Dhaka-Narayanganj Road (Link Road) and the rally ended at Hospital Chattar.
