Syndicate occupied govt land at midnight in Sugandha point, Administrative eviction drive in Cox's Bazar

A claim raised against influencial occupying 10 acre government land at sughonda, Cox's Bazar at midnight on Friday.
On Saturday afternoon the evicted hawakers   and excited local people tore the fences. Though Local administrations ultimatimatum to eradicate the fences and take away the structures for 4 hours the occupier didn’t care and tried their best to keep with their side.
According to the hawkers on friday late at night the syndicate with 30-40  workeworkers made structure with tin 1 acres land hurriedly denying the law of  administration appointing with an armed ghang. 
Two hundreds floating vendors are uncertain   as they occupied land.  Being United on Saturday afternoon the vendors attacked to the spot and vandalized the structure. On the spot there was no occupier here that incident made an unstable situation in the sea beach area.
Being seen the scenario, local administration warned to evict the structure by they own initiative for 4 hours but they still dont evict. 
Tanvir sayem tourust sell magistrate said government has already identified the syndicate and told to show the papers if they have to the revenue.  
He added that administration didn’t permission to occupy land to anyone. 
 On Sunday afternoon DC Cox's Bazar run an eviction at sughonda point. Tourist magistrate sayem run this evict drive. 
He said that there is no authority to occupy govt land.
