The National Identity Card (NID) services will remain shut for 64 hours starting from 5pm on Thursday (October 26).
According to the Election Commission, the server of the NID will be down from October 26-28 due to maintenance work.
The service will resume as usual from October 29.
During the maintenance work, the server room will be relocated and all the server/network-related services will be closed.
