A LGED project finished before two months ago after long suffering at khurushkul under Cox’s Bazar sadar upazila. 6.5 kilometres a road was implemented by LGED Cox’s bazar.  Paul para- cherang ghor road which finished  the work before 3 months. No sooner had it finished than it began to damage the road. The local people of the area argued that whenever it started to work, contractor used substandard materials. For this the road has damaged and it has made unsuitable to move. Either no vehicles can move forward or peolpe but risky. Visiting site it is seen that the road has already damaged that suffered people much.  Local people told that contractor used normal and substandard matrials before field engineer but engineer didnot interfere it. People accused that being present, the engineer used substandard matrials in the road. 

They accused engineer and the contractor responsible to damage the road within 3 months after construction.  

Local people said that, contractor used substandard materials and didnot use megaton in the road. Just used carpeting and finished the work.

Nurul Amin social activists of khurushkul said, the people of the locality do not have end of suffurings. He made a question how a road damage within 3 months after constractor. It is very disappointing. The people dont move freely, they are suffering  various way as the road totally damage and it has created vast holes which accidents happened continuously. So, it time to reconstract the testing matrials.

Jahir contractor of the work said the citizen times, For heavy rainfall a part of the road has damaged, whenever raining down the road will repair. He tried to avoid using substandard materials 

Moin Shahriar upazila engineer said that, because of heavy rainfall a part of the road has damaged i informed. I have already ordered the contractor to finished the road properly. He also said that if the contractor use substandared matrials it will tast the road.

Mohiuddin ex-engineer of LGED said, I am grateful to inform about the matter. It is our project and I will take proper step testing the matrials.
