The IBCCI leaders called upon the Home Minister to ease the process of employment visa and business visa for foreigners who come into Bangladesh for working and investment.
The IBCCI leaders said that Bangladesh's land ports with India play vital roles for facilitating trade and commerce between the two countries.
The IBCCI leaders also requested the Home Minister to expedite immigration process for investors from overseas.
Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal applauded the beneficial role of IBCCI in boosting business ties between Bangladesh and India.
The IBCCI leaders admired the Home Ministry for keeping up a satisfactory law and order situation in Bangladesh despite many challenges.
Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal recalled India's selfless support and cooperation to Bangladesh during the Liberation War of 1971.
He also stated that his ministry would take necessary initiatives to materialize the suggestions of IBCCI to further fortify the commercial alliance between Bangladesh and India and to make the friendly relations between the two countries more consolidated in days to come.
