Bangladesh Chhatra League, the student wing of the ruling Awami League, is all set to hold its 30th national council today at the capital's Suhrawardy Udyan.
Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina is expected to inaugurate the council at 10:30am.
Dhaka Metropolitan Police provided a detailed map showing road blocks and diversion points in the capital for commuters and council attendees.
According to DMP's Ramna Traffic Division, the diversion points are: Katabon crossing, Hotel Intercontinental crossing, Kakrail Church crossing, UBL crossing, High Court crossing, Doyel Chattar crossing, Dhaka University Medical Center, Jagannath Hall crossing, Bhaskarja crossing and VC Bhaban crossing.
