Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) continued its relief efforts to deal with the severe flood situation in the north-eastern part of the country including Sylhet, Sunamganj and Netrokona.
Mi-17 helicopter, Bell-212 helicopter, and L-410 transport aircraft of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) delivered relief goods to the flood-hit people in remote areas of Sylhet and Sunamganj on Wednesday.
Essential commodities, including various kinds of dry foods and matchboxes, were distributed among 800 families.
Mentionable that all the relief packets are specially wrapped in a waterproof cover and dropped from helicopters and transport aircraft in open space or by controlled parachutes.
Bangladesh Air Force will continue its support during and after the natural disaster.
