Commuters failed to buy train tickets on Saturday due to a server glitch. Though tickets were shown on the server, they could not buy the tickets.
The authorities started selling tickets from 8am. After some time, the ticket aspirants were facing troubles as sever was not working.
"The problem was created as 13 lakh users visited the site at the same time in the first minute after ticket sale," said Kamalapur Rail Station manager Masud Sarwar.
Today is the second day of the advance train ticket sales for Eid-ul-Fitr. And like Friday, there are huge pressure for ticket buy online as all the tickets will sale online this time.
Some failed to go Rail Sheba app due to the server problem.
On Friday, tickets were booked within a minute.
