The National Election Monitoring Council JANIPOP commemorated its 28th anniversary with great enthusiasm. To mark the occasion, a discussion meeting was held at the conference hall of Bangladesh Bharat Maitri Samiti. The meeting was presided over by the esteemed founder chairman, Professor Major Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah BNCCO.

The event's chief guest, Supreme Court lawyer Advocate Dr.Md Shahidul Islam, delivered an inspiring speech. Among the distinguished guests were JANIPOP'S Founder Member and Honorary Executive Director Advocate Itrat Amin, Treasurer Ashraf Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of Royal University of Dhaka Education Department Dr. Dipu Siddiqui, and  freedom fighter Ershadul Haque Bulbul.

Also present at the gathering were Children's branch vice-president Ilham, Bangabandhu Jatiya Sahitya Parishad finance secretary Syed Saiful Islam, Bangla 52 Editor Kazi Awlad Hossain, and Yusuf Taj, along with other notable figures.

During the event, speakers applauded JANIPOP's significant role in upholding political stability through the practice of democracy in Bangladesh. They also acknowledged JANIPOP's reputation as a respected election observer not only within Bangladesh but also on an international level.

The occasion concluded with the cutting of JANIPOP's 28th founding anniversary cake by the organization's esteemed founder chairman, Prof. Major Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah BNCCO, symbolizing the continued commitment to the principles and mission of JANIPOP.
