BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia's treatment abroad is the law Minister Anisul Haque said the statement made by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is about the law. It should be noted that in abroad Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in an interview with Voice of America during her stay in the United States In response to the question whether the government will reconsider the issue of sending, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina counter-questioned she said, "Which country in the world has been able to send the sentenced convict abroad for treatment?" or any country will give that?'

The International Human Rights Commission said that in the past, the accused had been sentenced by the courts in Bangladesh. There are several precedents for providing treatment abroad. Former Minister A.S.M Abdur Rob, Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya, Health Minister Md. Nasim received advanced treatment outside the country giving opportunities are provided. Besides, in the recent incident, the Dhaka-10 Constituency Sangsad Haji Salim has a history of seeking treatment outside the country. If they can get treatment, then the former prime minister of Bangladesh claim of several times, senior citizen of the country Khaleda Zia to get treatment is also realistic.
