BNP standing committee member Barrister Rafiqul Islam Miah has been admitted to a hospital in the capital.
According to his personal secretary Moksedur Rahman, Rafiqul Islam was admitted to Dhanmondi Ibn Sina on Friday (July 7) as hsi health condition deteriorated.
Rafiqul's wife Professor Shahida Rafique, BNP chairperson's advisory council member, sough dua to all for his recovery.
The 76-year-old BNP senior leader has been ill for more than two years after the 2018 parliamentary elections.
