The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will hold mass procession in Dhaka on September 9 to press home their one-point demand of the resignation of the Awami League government and forming a neutral and non-partisan caretaker government for free and fair election.
The party Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the programme at a press conference at its Nayapaltan office on Wednesday.
Dhaka Metropolitan North and South of BNP will bring out separate processions at 3 pm on that day.
The BNP's like minded political parties will also observe the similar programmes.
Earlier on August 11, the opposition BNP brought out mass procession in the capital for the same demand.
