The namaz-e-janaza of five of the 11 teachers and students who died after a train hit their microbus on a level crossing at Mirsharai upazila of Chattogram, was held this (July 30, 2022) morning.
The janaza was held at the Khandkia Chhamdia Government Primary School ground at 10:20 am, reports our Chattogram correspondent.
Thousands of people attended the funeral prayer. Hundreds more took position on the streets as the school premises was overflowing with mourners.
