The government has appointed four new deputy commissioners (DCs) to four districts.
Appointing DCs to Chandpur, Netrokona, Sherpur and Jamalpur, the Public Administration Ministry issued gazette notification on Thursday (May 19).
Health and Family Welfare Minister’s private secretary (PS) Kamrul Hasan was made DC of Chandpur, Deputy secretary of Public Administration Ministry was given charge as DC of Sherpur, Cox’s Bazar Zila Parishad Chief Executive Officer Shrabanti Roy was made DC of Jamalpur and Chandpur Deputy Commissioner Anjana Khan was transferred as DC to Netrokona.
