Health authorities in Bangladesh reported three Covid-linked deaths and 2,087 cases in the 24 hours till 8am on Tuesday.
As many as 14, 489 samples were tested across the country yielding a daily positivity rate of 15.47%, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The latest development takes the total fatalities to 29, 145 and the caseload to 1,969,361. A total of 200 people recovered from the disease taking the total recoveries to 1,907,067.
