Banglalink signs agreement with Khulna City Medical College Hospital

Banglalink, one of the leading digital communications service providers in Bangladesh, has signed an agreement with Khulna City Medical College Hospital (KCMCH), the largest Private Medical College Hospital in the southern part of Bangladesh, to provide KCMCH employees with exclusive corporate connections and ICT products for their mobile connectivity and digital services.

Rubaiyat A Tanzeen, Enterprise Business Director, Banglalink and Dr. Md. Mostafa Kamal, Director, KCMCH signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations in presence of Erik Aas, CEO, Banglalink, and Dr. Syed Abu Asfar, Chairman and Managing Director, KCMCH. Also present at the ceremony were Taimur Rahman, Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer, Banglalink, Dr. M. A. Ali, Director (Hospital), KCMCH, Dr. Fouzia Begum, Director, KCMCH, Dr. Md. Asadul Haque, Director, KCMCH, Mohammad Zubayed Ul Islam, Sales and Distribution Director, Banglalink, F M Shahriar Omar Prince, Cluster Director-West Cluster, Banglalink, Md. Iqbal Uddin Khan, Regional SME Manager, Banglalink, and other key members of both organizations. 

With this agreement employees of KCMCH will be able to use M-connex for Hotline, call center solution and API for their automated interaction with customers through their existing ERP. The agreement will allow KCMCH employees to receive payment notifications, diagnostic report notifications, admission, and discharge notifications as well as several other facilities.

Banglalink has been carrying out a nationwide network expansion drive by building over 3,000 base transceiver stations (BTS) in the last 8 months and has recently launched next-generation 4G with new spectrum (2.3 Ghz) which started from Khulna.
