Seven Bangladeshis have been selected as the honourees for Forbes’ 30 under 30 Asia Class of 2022.
The prestigious business magazine Forbes released its seventh annual 30 Under 30 Asia list on Wednesday.
From 2016 to 2020, a total of nine Bangladeshis made the list. In 2021, nine Bangladeshis made the list for their work.
With 30 chosen for each of the 10 categories, the list includes young entrepreneurs, leaders, and trailblazers from across Asia, all under the age of 30.
The Bangladeshis who made this year’s list are:
Shah Rafayat Chowdhury and Mohammad Taqi Yasir, cofounders of Footsteps, were named under the category of social impact.
Reyasat Chowdhury and Jawwad Jahangir, cofounders of Shuttle, were also honoured in the same category.
Zafir Shafiee Chowdhury and Mir Shahrukh Islam, cofounders of Bondstein Technologies, were selected under the category of Industry, Manufacturing & Energy.
Shuvo Rahman, founder of Alice Labs, was mentioned in the Enterprise Technology category.
