BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has alleged that explosion is taking place in Dhaka over the last couple of days.
"We're unfortunate. The Dhaka City has turned into a city of explosion due to the utter failure of the government in all fields," he said while speaking as the chief guest at a rally brought out in observance of the International Women's Day on Wednesday afternoon at BNP central office premises at Nayapaltan in the capital.
Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal organised the rally.
BNP Standing Committee member Selima Rahman, Mohila Dal president Afroza Abbas, general secretary Sultana Ahmed, senior joint general secretary Helen Jerin Khan, Dhaka City (North) convener Naeba Yusuf, and south Convener Ruma Akter among others were present.
