Deepika Padukone after a long busy schedule in Cannes had now resumed her work as she is in Hyderabad currently shooting for her upcoming film 'Project K.'

Reportedly the Chennai Express actress was recently rushed to a private hospital from the sets recently after she complained of uneasiness on the sets of the film.

According to reports from Etimes, the actress became sick when her heart rate jumped, and she was sent to Kamineni Hospital in the city, where she was examined by physicians that she has been kept under observation at Novotel Hotel after being discharged.

Deepika has now reportedly returned to the sets to shoot with Amitabh Bachchan after her pulse rate stabilized. She is fine now and has resumed shooting for Project K.

Project K marks Deepika's first film with Prabhas. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role. Earlier this year, on Guru Purnima, Amitabh Bachchan gave the muhurat shot of the much-awaited Prabhas-starrer.      

As for 'Project K', the film's long schedule has been on this month. The 'Mahanati' director is happy that Prabhas' intro scene turned out to be so cool. Also starring Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani, 'Project K' is yet to lock its release date.

Other than this, Deepika has been busy with the shoots of Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan and Hrithik Roshan's Fighter.
