Cross-border train services between India - Bangladesh will be resumed shortly, said the High Commission of India in Dhaka on Friday.
The Maitri Express Service between Dhaka-Kolkata and the Bandhan Express Service between Kolkata-Khulna would be resumed on 29 May 2022.
Maitri Express Service will start its service from Dhaka while the Bandhan Express Service will start its service from Kolkata.
The Mitali Express Service between New Jalpaiguri-Dhaka will be launched on 01 June 2022 from New Jalpaiguri after a virtual launch by the Railway Ministers of India and Bangladesh.
Interested passengers may note the dates for resumption of Maitri and Bandhan Express Services and launch of Mitali Express Service.
